REGRETTABLY, AFTER PURCHASE, ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Removal of a tag constitutes a damaged product.
Unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund for full purchase value. The returnee will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Regularly priced items may go on SALE without prior notification. Any item sold at regular price is not subject to price matching or price difference once the product goes on SALE. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued on SALE items. Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted with a full detailed explanation via email to info@hardihoodclothing.com. (EXCHANGES can only be made for items of equal or greater value). Credits will not be issued on purchases via Hardihood Clothing online. Please ensure that all items being exchanged or returned are described in a detailed manner. Before any product will be shipped out for an exchange Hardihood Clothing online must receive the product and payment for shipping before an exchange can be shipped out. In order for the return process to be complete Hardihood Clothing online must receive the product before a full refund will be forwarded to the purchaser’s credit card account. Hardihood Clothing online will do everything to complete returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
You must reference your Order ID on all returns/exchanges.
